During the Congress, we anticipate video sessions, a poster session, and oral presentations, all of which are open for submissions. Authors are requested to submit abstracts no later than 12 July 2026 through the form below. Please note that the number of video presentations will be limited for organizational reasons. Therefore, we encourage you to choose the oral or poster option. Authors of accepted works will receive confirmation and technical guidelines for preparing their presentations.
Sanctions Compliance Policy
Authors affiliated with institutions in countries subject to international sanctions may participate in EGCC 2026 provided that applicable EU and national regulations are fully respected.
Submissions and participation are permitted only if the authors:
• are not listed on any applicable sanctions lists,
• participate in an individual capacity (without institutional cooperation),
• do not receive any financial support, remuneration, or reimbursement from the Organizers,
• are not involved in any financial or in-kind support from sanctioned entities.
The Organizers reserve the right to determine the form of participation (including an online format) and to reject submissions or participation at their discretion where required for legal, compliance, or reputational reasons.
